• User Content: We collect the photos and apparel images you voluntarily upload to the Service to enable its core functionality.

• Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as your IP address, device type, browser information, pages visited, and actions taken within the application. This data is primarily used in an aggregated and anonymized form.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process your transactions and manage your purchases of Credits.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our Service based on user behavior.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, unused User Content may be automatically deleted from our systems after 90 days.

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the account settings within the Service. When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal information, such as your email address and name, as well as all of your User Content (photos and apparel items) from our active systems.
• Data Retention Exception: Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. Specifically, we will retain your transaction and payment history for the period mandated by law for financial auditing, tax compliance, and fraud prevention purposes. This data will not be used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. As our company is based in the United States, your information will be processed and stored here.
