This Third-Party Data Processors document ("Processors List") supplements the OutfitMe Privacy Policy and OutfitMe Terms and Conditions. It identifies the third-party companies ("processors" or "subprocessors") that Skutrix Inc. ("Skutrix," "we," "us," or "our") uses to operate the OutfitMe application and related services (the "Service"), the categories of personal data each of them may receive, and the purpose of that processing.
We publish this document to give you clear, specific visibility into where your data goes — including to satisfy app marketplace requirements (such as Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i)) that require disclosure of any third party, including any third-party AI service, that receives personal data from the Service.
We do not sell your personal information to any of these companies. Each processor acts on our instructions and is contractually restricted to using your data to provide the service it provides to us.

Full detail on each processor — including links to their own privacy policies — follows below.
For each processor below, we describe: the category of service it provides, the personal data categories it may receive from us, and the purpose of that processing. A processor only receives the data described here, and only to the extent needed to provide its service to us.
To power OutfitMe's core features — generating virtual outfits, analyzing apparel images, and moderating content — we transmit certain User Content to the AI providers listed below. Depending on which feature you use, your uploaded photos, apparel images, and any text prompts you submit may be sent to one or more of these providers strictly to generate the output you requested (for example, a generated outfit image or an image analysis). These providers act as our processors: they are contractually restricted to using your content to deliver the requested service on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for any other purpose, such as training their own general-purpose models, except as described in their own privacy policy linked below.
Where you make purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Apple Inc. or Google LLC under their own respective privacy policies; Skutrix does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Skutrix does not receive or store your full payment card details for web purchases; Stripe processes and stores that information on our behalf.
The processors listed above may process and store your information in the United States or other countries outside of your own. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to govern these transfers. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy for more detail.
The rights and choices described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy — including access, update, and account/content deletion — apply to personal data held by our processors on our behalf. Deleting your account and User Content through the Service instructs these processors to delete the corresponding data in accordance with our agreements with them.
We may update this Processors List from time to time as we add, remove, or change service providers. We will update the "Effective Date" above when we do. Material changes affecting the categories of data we share with third parties will also be reflected in our Privacy Policy.
